Intentra provides AI Coding Observability tools, including:

CLI tools for tracking AI coding tool usage
Dashboard for viewing cost analytics and anomalies
Export functionality for evidence reports
Team management features for organizations

3. Data Collection and Privacy

Intentra never stores your prompts, code, or AI responses. We securely transmit scan data for anomaly detection, then retain only metadata such as timestamps, token counts, cost estimates, tool identifiers, and detection results. Your intellectual property is processed but never stored on our servers.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Intentra and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your data and content. We claim no ownership over your code, prompts, or AI-generated content (which we process for anomaly detection but never store).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. COST ESTIMATES AND ANOMALY DETECTION ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND MAY NOT BE COMPLETELY ACCURATE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTENTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
