Dispute Authorization Terms
Version 1.0 — Effective February 9, 2026
These Dispute Authorization Terms ("Authorization Terms") govern your use of Intentra's automated dispute submission service. By enabling automated disputes in your account settings, you agree to the following terms.
1. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf
By accepting these terms, you authorize AB Foundry LLC dba Intentra ("Intentra") to submit billing dispute requests and negotiate billing adjustments with your AI coding tool providers (such as Cursor, Anthropic, and others) on your behalf. This includes communicating with provider support teams, submitting evidence of detected billing anomalies, and negotiating credits or adjustments to your account.
2. Acceptance of Outcomes
You agree to accept the outcome of any dispute Intentra submits on your behalf, whether that outcome is a full credit, partial credit, or denial. Intentra will negotiate in good faith to achieve the best possible result, but makes no guarantee of any specific outcome. You understand that the final decision on any billing adjustment rests with the AI tool provider.
3. No Independent Disputes
While automated disputes are enabled, you agree not to independently file a dispute or chargeback with the same AI tool provider for the same charges that Intentra has submitted or is in the process of submitting on your behalf. Filing duplicate disputes may result in complications with the provider and could jeopardize both your claim and your account standing.
4. Scope of Disputes
Intentra will only submit disputes for charges that our detection system has identified as billing anomalies with a high confidence score. Disputes are based solely on evidence collected by Intentra's monitoring tools and are limited to charges where our analysis indicates the AI tool did not perform as expected relative to the cost incurred.
5. Data Sharing
To submit disputes, Intentra will share relevant scan metadata, evidence reports, and your tool account email address with the AI tool provider. This information is limited to what is necessary to support the billing adjustment request. Intentra never shares your code, prompts, or AI responses.
6. Revocation
You may revoke this authorization at any time by disabling automated disputes in your Intentra account settings. Revocation takes effect immediately for future scans. Any disputes already submitted prior to revocation will continue to be processed to completion.
7. No Liability
Intentra shall not be held liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the dispute process, including but not limited to denied claims, account restrictions imposed by AI tool providers, or any difference between expected and actual credit amounts. You acknowledge that dispute outcomes are determined by the provider and are outside Intentra's control.
8. Relationship to General Terms
These Authorization Terms supplement Intentra's general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Authorization Terms and the general Terms of Service, these Authorization Terms shall govern with respect to the automated dispute submission service.
